Discover new possibilities in how you move.
I work with the whole person through movement, awareness and touch, helping you understand your patterns, discover new possibilities and develop greater ease, balance and efficiency.

The whole person
The whole person, not just the problem.
Movement is interconnected. The way you turn your head, take a step or reach for something is shaped by habits, past experiences, injuries and the circumstances of your life.
This is why I rarely stay only with the area that hurts or feels restricted. I am interested in how the whole body is organising itself around it: what is working hard, what is not participating, and where movement could be shared more evenly.
From there, the work becomes less about correcting you and more about widening the range of possibilities available to you.
Awareness creates possibility
- 01
Awareness
We begin by noticing how you actually move and organise yourself, rather than how you assume you do.
- 02
Understanding
Habitual patterns, adaptations and restrictions become recognisable once attention is brought to them.
- 03
Exploration
Through hands-on work, gentle guided movement and conversation, we explore other possibilities.
- 04
Change
New options appear: more comfortable, better coordinated and more efficient ways of moving.

Naomi is a wonderful teacher and person. She truly knows and deeply understands the Feldenkrais theory and applies it in the best possible ways by adapting it perfectly to the personal, individual needs of each patient. Since she relocated her practice from Israel, I still miss her deeply and would love to have her back.

Why I work this way
I came to this work through my own knee.
A serious knee injury and several surgeries that did not give me back what I had lost left me guarding, limping and organising my whole body around one joint for years.
What changed things was not another attempt to fix the knee. It was learning to pay attention to how I moved. I still remember standing with my weight balanced on both legs and sensing my body as a whole again.
That experience is the reason I work the way I do, and why I am patient with people who have been told there is nothing more to be done.

“The lessons stay with me to this day.”
I have been an opera singer for the past 25 years. Naomi taught me the connection between proper posture and a better, fuller, and freer vocal production. Beyond being an exceptional teacher, she is also a teacher for life. There seems to be no limit to her professional knowledge, her dedication, and the integrity with which she works.
